About Me

The very first book I ever ordered as a boy was a small pamphlet on hypnotism found in the back of a comic book. The ad made it sound like a large book, and though it was just a few pages, it sparked a lifelong fascination. I have studied the subject with a passion ever since.

My professional path began while attending the Edgar Cayce School of Massotherapy in Virginia Beach, where I was fortunate enough to take one on one training with Lynn Sparrow of Va. Beach. From there, I conducted hundreds of sessions, building my career through working relationships with medical professionals and healthcare practitioners. I’ve spent years learning how to help people move past the mental “noise” that keeps them stuck.

The Quiet Voice Method: A Technical Sanctuary
Today, my goal is to use that experience to help people achieve a better quality of life through specialized audio. The Quiet Voice Method is where my background in hypnosis meets my work as an audio engineer.

I’ve found that when the mind is racing, it doesn’t need to be told what to do—it needs a space to let go. My approach is built on low-impact, rhythmic pacing that allows your thoughts to settle naturally. By combining this gentle vocal style with 432Hz tuning and subtle frequency sweeps, I create an environment designed to ease the mind away from overthinking and into a state of restorative rest.
