Allen Carr and Hypnosis is Powerful
I've always have been impressed with Mr. Carr's technique and have borrowed some of them in my work with smokers. And to say the least it is very powerful to combine the two. Carr's straight forward no nonsense approach with the reprogramming of the inner mind and you have a smoke free client.
This is an excellent video by Mr. Carr himself that I found.
My mindset is whatever it takes to quit, find it and follow it until one day you reach a point that you are free. Free from smoke, it's a great feeling!
Even know Allen Carr has passed on from lung cancer, he spent the rest of his days after being diagnosed talking and helping people quit the habit of smoking. So if you want to quit start now, do what it takes.
