Can’t Sleep?
There are times in the middle of the night that I will awaken and my mind has decided
that it is the time to think. I know we’ve all been there. So the next thing is I make a decision. Do I follow the think train or do I go back to sleep.
I’ve developed a technique after much trial and error that to this day I’ve had tremendous success with. It involves combining self-hypnosis “mantras” with a visual pattern that the unconscious mind understands. In future articles I will discuss this technique if enough interest is shown by my site visitors.

Ever tried direct suggestion? “When you feel like it is time to go to sleep, take two deep breaths and you will fall asleep. You will not wake up until next morning.” or something along those lines.
I’m sure if this or similar suggestion is stacked, it will work.

Thanks for the post. What I was referring to in the above post topic was a unique way to visualize in a language that the unconscious mind understands. A good analogy is it’s a way to kick start the dreaming process thus resulting in restful sleep.
Suggestions are excellent also. Giving them to yourself upon retiring works well depending on how active the conscious mind is at the time. Also having a hypnosis session before hand can set the groundwork for this to work instantly.
